At Sims Physical Therapy, our goal is to provide the highest level of care in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Hours of Operation
Mon Wed Fri -7am to 6pm
(lunch from 12-1pm)
Tues Thurs -7am to noon
We welcome student athletes for sports related injuries at 7:00 am (M-F) as an intermediary between our certified athletic trainers and local physicians.
We accept All insurance types including PPO, HMO, workers compensation, auto accident claims, third party claims and liens.
Bilingual staff-Spanish, Tagalog
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card as well as FSA/HRA cards
